Every finished job priced in days, not weeks.

Trayclear puts every job sheet that is waiting on a price into one tray on your phone, oldest first. You price it in two minutes, the office sends it out, and you get paid sooner. You still set every price.

  • No app to install
  • No automatic pricing
  • Works on any phone

The cost of a full tray

The work is done. The money is stuck in a pile of paper.

5 a monthjob sheets that never come back to the office at all

Figures from the Byrne Building Services case study, a fictional firm used for teaching.

Sound familiar?

In the owner's own words

The lads finish the job, the sheet lands in my tray, and then it sits. I price on a Sunday night if I'm lucky. By the time the invoice goes out I'm chasing my own money. And I won't hand pricing to a computer. I know which jobs are worth what.

Gerry, ownerBuilding services firm, Co. Kildare

Half the sheets come back with the materials column blank. My mornings go on chasing the lads for receipts.

Sandra, office managerSame firm

We tried an app in January. Eleven taps to close one job, and nobody showed us how. We were back on paper in a fortnight.

How it works

Three steps from finished job to sent quote

  1. The sheet goes in the tray

The office types in the job sheet. If the materials or hours are missing, it still goes in, flagged so the office can chase it.

    Office · about 1 minute
  2. You price it on your phone

Oldest job first. Materials, labour and VAT add up as you go. Don't agree with the sum? Type your own price and say why.

    Owner · under 2 minutes
  3. Approve, and the office sends it

One clear approve button with a confirm. Nothing reaches the customer until the office sends it, and every step is logged.

    Office · same day

Your prices, your call

It does the sums. You make the decision.

Trayclear never prices, approves or sends anything by itself. It just gets the right job in front of you at the right time.

  • No automatic pricing. The calculated figure is a starting point, never the answer.
  • Override with a reason. Old wiring on a farm job? Set a fair price and note why.
  • Approved means locked. The office can't change a price you've signed off.
  • Fewer taps than paper. One tap opens a job, one tap approves it.

Why €29?

One commercial job priced a month earlier pays for years of Trayclear. At 40 days from finished job to invoice, the money is already yours. It's just stuck in a tray.

Trayclear is not on sale yet. Join the waiting list and we'll hold the founding price for you.

Waiting list

Be first to clear your tray

We're opening Trayclear to a small group of firms first. Leave your details and we'll be in touch.

This is a prototype. Nothing you type here is sent or stored anywhere.

Does Trayclear set my prices?

No. It adds up what's on the job sheet and shows you a starting figure. You can accept it, change any line, or type your own price. Nothing is approved or sent without you.

Do my lads need to learn a new app?

Not to start. The office types in the paper sheets as they come back. Capturing hours and materials on site is planned next, kept to as few taps as possible.

Is the demo real?

The demo works fully, but the firm, the customers and every figure in it are made up. It saves only in your own browser, and "Reset demo" puts everything back.
